  1. Make I-Beams

This is a fun & easy project! Obvious, yet not often noted by home owners, is the ability to make tall & short structures out of two different pieces of wood. In the case of the I-beam, the tall trunk is more costly on-frame, but the bottom segment has a much greater sense of use. It can be easily cut into an octagon shape to make a precise & compact home addition. Then, the taller branches are measured and attached to the larger trunk & simply “broomed out” to create a creative & beautiful ” petty lawn” for your home. This is especially nice if you already have areas of dead grass or dethatching to decrease that ugly same look. You do NOT have to cut or carry the grass away twice each year; the I-beam disappears completely into the ground as it grows, so you do not ever have to worry about grass growing there or about your color coordinating..
